TagIn is an app for finding and joining real-world meetups, operated by Kayease Global Solutions LLP, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. These standards apply to the TagIn app, our website, and every event arranged through TagIn.
Our position
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). In these standards, a child is anyone under 18.
What we ban
You must not use TagIn to do any of these, anywhere on TagIn or at an event:
- share, ask for, or link to sexual content involving a child, whether it is a photo, video, voice note, drawing, or made with AI;
- groom a child, or talk to a child in a sexual way;
- try to meet a child for sexual purposes, or use an event to get access to a child;
- threaten or pressure a child using sexual images of them;
- traffic or sexually exploit a child, or advertise a child for sexual purposes; or
- praise or encourage any of this.
Adults only
TagIn is only for people 18 and over. We don't accept a date of birth under 18, and without a valid date of birth an account can only browse. You must not bring anyone under 18 to an event as a participant, or help them get an account. If you think someone under 18 is using TagIn, tell us and we will suspend the account.
How to report it
If a child is in danger, call 112 first. You can also report online child abuse to India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or on the helpline 1930.
Then tell us. You don't need to leave the app:
- A person: open their profile → ⋮ → Report.
- An event: open the event → ⋮ → Report this event.
- A chat message: long-press the message → Report.
- Someone in a one-to-one chat: open the chat → ⋮ → Report.
- A post: tap ⋯ on the post → Report post.
Choose the closest reason and write "Child safety" in the box. You can also email [email protected] with "Child safety" in the subject line. You can block anyone from their profile or a one-to-one chat. Reports are confidential: the person you report isn't told who reported them.
What we do
- A person on our team reviews every report.
- When we learn of CSAM or other CSAE, we remove the content and permanently suspend the accounts involved.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities in India, including the police and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, as India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and other laws require.
- We keep the records the law requires, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
Our child-safety contact
